India's Restaurant
I had dinner at India’s Restaurant for the first time in maybe 10 years. Their food was excellent!

India’s has greatly expanded their menu since I last ate there. They’ve got goat, and a lot more vegetarian entrées including rajima, which you rarely if ever see on a dinner menu. The on-line menu lists a few things I don’t recall from reading the menu like paneer pakora and fish pakora, but that would be consistent with the large menu.
I got the goat curry. Others in my party got chana masals, naryal chicken curry, and chicken tikka. Everyone was very pleased, it was all great.
India’s offers a large number of breads as well, paratha, roti and a bunch of naan varieties. We got garlic naan, regular naan and paratha. It all evaporated.
India’s bills itself as “Denver’s oldest Indian Restaurant” on its signs. I’ll believe that. I first went to India’s no later than 1990. It’s been in two different buildings since then.
I’m happy to report that the chai is still as good as it was 35 years ago.
