Inca Pisco

Possibly the worst booze I’ve ever had.

Received as a gift sometime in the late 1990s, this bottle survived in my booze cabinet until late 2023. It’s a nice bottle, but its contents are awful.

Not as antiseptically harsh as scotch, and without scotch’s nuance or layered flavors, Inca Pisco’s only use is apparently in a mixed drink, the pisco sour. It is not safe to use it as radiator fluid.

Avoid.
